PureFlow 2000 Water Filter

The PureFlow 2000 is a remarkable, affordable, new filter that uses the finest silver-impregnated ceramic filter (manufactured by Doulton-Berkefeld) to remove water contaminates and bacteria. Once the bacteria are removed, the water passes through a large, highly dense, solid block extruded activated carbon filter that removes chlorine, odors, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Chlorine byproducts, pesticides, herbicides and other dangerous chemicals.

The PureFlow 2000 Plus (the 3-stage model) adds a .5 micron paper pre-filter to remove dirt, sand and larger particulates before passing the water to the ceramic filter. With the pre-filter, you will not need to clean the ceramic filter as often.

PureFlow 2000 Kit - includes: 1 Doulton-Berkefeld ceramic .5 micron filter with cleaning pad, 1 carbon block filter, and detailed instructions. Also included is your choice of 1) an under-sink kit that will filter the water going to your sink, or 2) a bar tap that you mount on the sink or countertop that dispenses filtered water.

The Carbon Filter should be replaced after one year (or 5,000 gallons). The ceramic filter can be cleaned about 100 times before being replaced. It should last 3 years.
