This beautiful firepit by Procom has hand-crafted ceramic logs that stack like firewood in the metal burner. A push-button piezo-ignitor starts the gas fire. Use the steel burner by itself, or be creative and build a brick surround (pictured, but bricks not included in kit). You can also build the unit into your deck or patio.
The firepit comes ready to hook up to Natural Gas. If you want to use propane, a free conversion kit is offered. If you do use propane, you can run a permanent line from your large yard tank, or you can run it from a standard barbecue-sized tank. At the highest setting, it will burn just under three pounds of propane per hour. The manufacturer recommends using a 100-lb tank or larger, but the unit will run on a smaller tank.
